An uptime SLA (Service Level Agreement) is a written promise of running time. 99.9% = up to ~43 minutes of downtime/month; 99.99% = ~4 minutes/month. For EAs holding large positions, choose 99.9% or better. Also check what the SLA compensates when breached — usually only service credit, never your trading losses, so real-world uptime matters more than the promise.
